Win Win Security Ltd. is a security patrol company serving the community since 2009. With a group of experienced security and safety professionals, our mission is to build, promote and provide quality security services.  We are looking for a motivated individual to support our front-line professionals and manage assigned accounts.

As an account manager, you are responsible to coordinate and analysis the development and procedures implementation of security services including but not limited to: in-house security, V.I.P. protection, dignitary visits, award galas, beauty pageant events, concerts, media related events and other special events.

Account Manager - Mobile Security/Remote Monitoring Department

What are we offering?

Duration of employment: Permanent, Full-time position

Start date: ASAP

Work hours: Flexible 40 hours per week (graveyard and weekend shift may apply)

Wage: $25/hour

What are we requiring?

Job Duties

  • Develop work priorities, establish work schedules, determine work procedures and prepare procedural documentations
  • Ensure services follow company’s practices and procedures
  • Manage and monitor staff that are involved in using these procedures
  • Address foreseeable security concerns, plan for possible solutions and procedures for each solution
  • Assist with Security Camera software mapping
  • Visit and provide clerical and procedural back up to on-site securities when 911 emergency happens then
  • Prepare and issue reports for internal and authorities’ use
  • Direct coordination of logistics, including venues selection, appropriate spaces booking, accommodation and transportation arrangement, parking, food and beverage requirements and supplies and equipment arrangement
  • Prepare and maintain operating budget
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Education

  • Post secondary education in an applicable field
  • Experience

  • A minimum five years of experience in a senior administrative position is required
  • Previous experience working with project/account processing and management is preferred
  • Previous work experience in a security company is preferred
  • Previous experience working with security related software and hardware is an asset
  • Skills

  • Must be proficient in English
  • Computer competency is required
  • Strong ability in project scoping, planning and developing
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver in an efficient and timely manner
  • Strong process and risk management
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
